VERTICAL
JUMP PROGRAM
The perfect program for youth athletes to take their physical game to the NEXT LEVEL.
Athletes will LEARN to move correctly, strengthen basketball SPECIFIC movements & significantly REDUCE their likeliness of injury.
8 week program
4 workouts a week
Each program will have video tutorials, breakdowns and in-depth instruction.
The ENTIRE program can be done anywhere!
6 WEEK ELITE HANDLES
Do you struggle to know what bank handling drills to do?
Do you struggle to motivate yourself to do just 15 minutes a day?
Do you get bored of the same drills over and over again?
This 6 week program will give you new drills that will keep your drills fresh - up the intensity and also teach you tips and tricks to become an ELITE ball handler.

Each program Asensi Elite Coaches complete the drills with you to keep you accountable and make sure there are no short cuts being taken.
